This Privacy Policy describes how Telemetryx Reserve Analytics, LLC ("Telemetryx," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information collected from visitors to our website at telemetryx.app, from our marketing communications, and from any other page or form on which a link to this Privacy Policy is displayed (collectively, the "Site").
This policy does not cover the Telemetryx platform at telemetryx.co. If you have a platform account, the privacy policy available within the application governs personal information collected through it.
This policy also does not apply to information we handle on behalf of our customers under our service agreements — including information about associations, their board members, residents, and unit owners that customers submit to the platform. We handle that information as a service provider under the terms of those agreements, and our customers determine how it is used.

The Site does not create user accounts, accept payments, or process subscription billing. Platform subscriptions are arranged through a contract with an administrator or account holder, and billing is processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, on Stripe's own systems. We do not collect or store payment card numbers.
We do not collect Social Security numbers or government identification numbers through the Site. We do not purchase personal information about you from data brokers, and we do not obtain personal information about you from marketing partners or data providers.

If you request a demo, we use your details to schedule and conduct that demo. We will not add you to a newsletter or marketing mailing list unless you separately ask us to.
We may create aggregated or de-identified information from Site data — for example, counts of page views or demo requests by role — that does not identify you. We take reasonable measures to ensure that de-identified information cannot be associated with you, and we commit not to attempt to re-identify it. We may use and disclose that information for our business purposes.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own advertising or marketing purposes.

Because we do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising, there is no such processing for a GPC signal to opt you out of.

Depending on where you live, applicable law may also give you the right to object to or restrict certain processing, to receive your information in a portable format, or to withdraw consent you previously gave.
To make a request, email us at the address in Section 10. We will respond to verifiable requests within forty-five (45) days, or notify you if we need additional time as permitted by law. We may need to ask you for information to verify your identity before we act on a request, and we may decline a request where an exception applies under law — for example, where the information is needed to comply with a legal obligation or to establish or defend legal claims. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
In some cases we may be unable to honor a request — for example, where doing so would affect the rights of another person or conflict with a legal obligation. If we deny your request, we will explain the reasons. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may appeal by contacting us using the details in Section 10, and we will respond to your appeal within the time required by applicable law.
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. Demo requests and related correspondence are generally retained for as long as we are in contact with you about our services, and for a reasonable period afterward based on the nature of the information and our ongoing business needs, unless you ask us to delete the information sooner. We may keep information longer where needed to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, to resolve disputes, or to establish or defend legal claims.
We use technical, organizational, and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information we collect. No security measure is perfect, however, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet. If we are required to notify you about an incident involving your information, we will do so as required by applicable law, which may include notification by email, postal mail, or by posting a notice on the Site.
The Site is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it.
The Site links to third-party websites and resources, including materials in our Resource Center and our pages on social media platforms such as LinkedIn. We do not control those third parties, and their own privacy policies govern how they handle your information. When you interact with our pages on a social media platform, the platform provider's privacy policy applies to that interaction.
The Site is operated in the United States and is intended for users located in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country. By using the Site and submitting your information, you consent to this transfer, storage, and processing.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy, post the revised version on the Site, and take reasonable steps to notify you - such as displaying a prominent notice on the Site or, where practicable, sending an email to the address you provided. Your continued use of the Site after we post a revised policy constitutes your acknowledgment of the changes.
